Your face data stays on your device.

This policy explains what AI Face Analyzer processes, what limited information may be stored online, and the choices available to you.

1. Overview

AI Face Analyzer ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") analyzes facial proportions using on-device landmark processing. We designed the App so the most sensitive information—your face photos, facial landmarks, and detailed measurement values—remains on your device.

2. Face data processed on your device

When you create an analysis, the App may process and store the following information locally:

  • front and side face photos you capture or select;
  • facial landmark points and depth-aware facial geometry used to calculate measurements;
  • distances, proportions, ratios, angles, symmetry values, and face-shape results;
  • individual metric scores, overall scores, reference-range comparisons, and report overlays; and
  • saved people, analysis history, and report preferences.

We do not upload your face photos, facial landmarks, facial geometry, or detailed metric values to our servers, and we do not sell or share that face data with third parties.

3. Other information we may process

The App may process limited information that is separate from your detailed face data:

  • Account information: an account identifier and, when you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the name or email address made available by that provider.
  • Subscription information: product, entitlement, status, and expiration information needed to provide Premium access. Payments are processed by Apple.
  • Limited analysis metadata: information such as the analysis date and overall score, used to support account features. Face photos, landmarks, and detailed metric values are excluded.
  • App preferences and events: onboarding selections, settings, and limited feature-use events used to operate and improve the App.
  • Support information: the email address and message content you choose to provide when contacting us.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and display your analyses, maintain your history, authenticate accounts, verify Premium access, operate and improve App features, respond to support requests, protect the service from misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your face data for advertising, identity recognition, or training third-party artificial intelligence models.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

Your photos, landmarks, detailed metrics, reports, saved people, and analysis history are stored in the App's local container on your device until you remove an analysis, clear the relevant data, or delete your account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your locally stored analysis photos, reports, facial landmarks, saved people, and history, and requests deletion of the account data associated with the App's backend. This action cannot be undone.

Deleting your AI Face Analyzer account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID settings, and Apple may retain purchase records under its own legal obligations.

6. Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to operate the App and website. These may include:

  • Apple: App distribution, in-app purchases, subscription management, and Sign in with Apple.
  • Google: optional account authentication when you choose Google sign-in.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: authentication and storage of the limited account and service information described above.
  • Cloudflare: website delivery, security, and limited website analytics. Website events may include page, referrer, and App Store button-click information; they do not include face data from the App.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use App information for unrelated purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete individual analyses and manage local history within the App. You can also delete your account from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, restrict, or delete personal information we hold about you.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but keeping detailed face data on your device reduces unnecessary exposure.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the App.
