1. Agreement
By downloading or using AI Face Analyzer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App provides
The App provides informational facial-proportion analysis, including front and side measurements, scores, symmetry and face-shape insights, visual overlays, and reference ranges. Results are generated from the photos and positioning provided by the user.
The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, cosmetic, or professional advice, and its results should not be used to make health or treatment decisions.
3. Access and Premium
Your first analysis includes a report preview. Additional analyses and access to complete detailed report features require an active Premium subscription unless the App explicitly states otherwise.
Premium may include unlimited analyses and access to the App's current detailed report features. Available features may evolve as we improve the App, provided that changes comply with applicable law and App Store requirements.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your App account or uninstalling the App does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or use it in a way that violates another person's rights.
Only submit photos you are authorized to use. If a photo depicts another person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law.
6. Face data and privacy
Face photos, facial landmarks, and detailed metric values are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Limited account, subscription, service, and analysis metadata may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Results and limitations
Results may vary based on lighting, camera angle, facial expression, image quality, positioning, and device capabilities. Facial measurements and reference ranges are estimates and should not be treated as objective judgments of identity, attractiveness, health, or personal worth.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or image.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes locally stored analyses and requests deletion of associated backend account data, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes
We may update the App or these terms as features, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
12. Apple terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms control to the extent required.
